Bridget M. Fairbrother ~ Co-Founder, Owner

Bridget is originally from Chagrin Falls, Ohio.  She received a Bachelor’s Degree from Loyola University in New Orleans, LA in Communications/Advertising and a Minor in Business Administration.  Bridget began her real estate career in 1993 where she handled Annual and Seasonal Rentals and assisted the Director with running the day to day operations of the Rental Department in Bonita Springs, FL. 

Bridget then joined Prudential Florida Realty in Naples, FL as a Licensed Personal Assistant for a top producing team.  Her responsibilities included handling the Advertising and Marketing, Administration and Client Services for her award winning team. Her team focused on selling properties in upscale golfing and beach communities.

In 2003, Bridget accepted a position as Office Manager with Gulfstream Realty Group where she assisted the President of the Company with running a boutique real estate office in Naples FL.  Bridget focused on managing the day to day operations, Advertising and Marketing for the company and assisted the Managing Broker with Client Care. Bridget also worked closely with a custom home award winning green builder, Gulfstream Homes, Inc.  She worked with her team handling on site sales.  Her specialty lies in assisting her clients in listing and buying single family homes, condominiums, vacant land and new construction.  In August of 2008, Bridget and her family relocated to the Denver area. 

In October of 2008, Bridget joined The Kuchar Team as the Office Administrator.  Her responsibilities include assisting the Team Leader with managing the real estate business.  She handles Client Care Services, Transaction Coordination, Administration, and assists with the Advertising and Marketing for the team.  In 2008, The Kuchar Team earned the Top Individual  Award for 2008 and The Top Team Award for 2009.  Bridget is also a licensed Real Estate Broker with Keller Williams Executives, Realty, LLC.

In March 2010, Bridget opened Signature Transaction Management LLC.- A real estate support company.  Signature Transaction Management’s main focus is assisting real estate agents with listing, sales, and short sales transactions as well as providing behind the scenes administrative and marketing services.  Her Transaction Company offers years of professional real estate experience while offering the highest level of service to her clients.

In her free time, Bridget spends time with her husband Dave and her
three children, Madelyn, Matt and Molly.  Bridget likes to be outdoors,
enjoys camping, hiking, and skiing. Bridget is an member of the South
Metro Denver Realtor Association.  She is also a member of
The Gamma Phi Beta Sorority Denver Alumni Group. 

David G. Fairbrother ~ Co-Founder

Dave brings over ten years of real estate experience with him to Signature Transaction Management.  Dave was the Managing Broker Associate at Gulfstream Realty Group, Inc. in Naples, Florida. He has many years of real estate experience connecting buyers and sellers in the marketplace. He specialized in listing and selling residential homes and vacant land in the Naples area.  Dave also assisted with sales in the "On Your Lot" model center for Gulfstream Homes.

Dave has earned the professional E-pro designation, a nationally recognized certification and is a certified 1031 exchange expert.  He has also achieved the Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) designation.  Dave was a member of the Naples Area Board of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

Dave is a very dedicated individual who has a strong desire to succeed.  Dave excels in getting results quickly and providing first class service to his customers and clients.  He is an extraordinary negotiator and has exceptional computer skills.  Dave builds relationships with his customers. 

In his free time, Dave enjoys spending time with his wife, Bridget and three children, Madelyn, Matthew and Molly enjoying the Colorado lifestyle.
